FINALLY DONE WITH THE COMIC. PLEASE READ IT FROM LEFT TO RIGHT THANKS!
Anyway, I don't believe that Chara is really an "evil" person so I tried creating a comic
for those who went True Pacifist and never did a True Reset or Genocide.
I really want to save Chara ;w;

IN CASE you want to share it on facebook (here's a link) :
BASED ON THIS THEORY THAT WAS COMMENTED on YT (www.youtube.com/watch?v=wr_oLY…) :
"Chara was a very damaged and traumatized child. They ran away from their village and sought to commit suicide upon Mount Ebbot.
However being taken in by the Dreemurrs caused him to grow attached to monsters. Thus began his misguided effort to destroy both
the barrier and the humans who hurt him. Later, when Frisk arrived Charas essence latches onto Frisk. Then it is the Player who
decides the outcome. If the Player goes towards the Pacifist Route then Charas soul is pacified and simply laid to peace.
However if the Player goes the genocide route the soul of Chara, who is still that of a traumatized child reaches a breaking point.
Seeing Frisk and the Player mercilessly kill monsters and his "mother" Toriel causes the soul of Chara to become corrupt by not only
the Players actions but also the accumulated LV. Chara then becomes a demon and takes advantage of the Players actions
to escape the underground."
I've never been a big fan of the whole "Chara is evil" interpretation of the genocide run. Like, the kid only threatens to destroy the world because he watched you pointlessly kill everyone in the underground (including his family) because you were curious. And by that point the only one left in the underground is Burgerpants anyway. I mean, yes he did try to start a war with humanity and didn't really have a excuse beyond petty hatred for humans, but at the same time he isn't this ultimate villain behind the shadows that everyone builds him up as. He may have been antagonistic but he still loved his surrogate family, and I feel just making him a generic murderer makes him a more boring character given his implied history with the dreemurrs.
seriously though...it's sad you can save EVRYONE but chara
Chara needs to be saved, too. Not just Asriel!
Thanks a million for making this
I say they're forgetting someone.
The poison, willing to commit suicide to escape and get vengeance with a patsy.
Encouraging the player to try again after Asriel destroys her chance again to kill humanity.
These are not the actions of a confused person.
All of it is a cold calculated plan for genocide by a soulless monster.
As for saying that nobody cares at this point, I do. And I know a lot of other people do, too. Just because you don't doesn't mean no one else does.
People are born pure evil.
We don't have laws just because we like limits.
And how premeditated murder is not evil is like saying "It's killed or be killed".
Even Asriel knows that.
Get over the fact that someone is evil and will always be evil.
*Poisoned adopted father, developed a plan to break through the barrier, commits suicide to further plans, betrayal leaves a lingering spirit, spirit takes over another person, manipulates them to break the barrier, goes on to commit genocide on humanity...
TOTALLY NOT AN EVIL MASTERMIND (shit eating grin)!*
Even if she didn't knew before hand, she clearly knew afterwords so throw that excuse into the garbage.
The are known for their odd sense of justice.
"Your think you are above the consequences! "
Also disabilities were never mentioned.
Deal with it.
Also, it's highly likely that they were sociopathic, as in the disability. The reason disabilities aren't mentioned in Undertale is because Monsters probably think about it differently, having been separate from humans for so long. In addition to that, Monsters don't get physically sick, so maybe mental illness works differently with them too, so they didn't know to diagnose Chara.
(Really, I'm just arguing because you're being so close-minded. It doesn't matter if it works perfectly with canon. This comic is really good.)
If it is true (which I think it is) it notes that Chara cares about the Dremurrs so not a sociopath.
And their is a lot things in the narration the points to them being an Autistic kid!
maybe, but asriel himself says that chara wasnt the nicest person. Autism is a possibility, and i'm all for the "chara was good" theories, but Chara's been corrupted for a long LONG time as of Frisk's fall. Chara sees their family members try to move on. Toriel replaces them. Flower does too. Asgore practically forgets Chara was his adopted child (and only mentions Chara if specific conditions are met). I think Chara's resentful, though they may have tried to be good in life.
I'm actually in the process of writing a fanfic about their time in the underground, but i keep starting over, changing my mind about things. so debating this is pretty helpful, actually.
By the way, could you point me to some of the narration that shows autistic characteristics? i'm very curious.
